The Future of Play
Midland
This project imagines life 100 years from now, when AI is everywhere and technology shapes everything we do. Midland is a fictional place I created—set 1000km away from Port Melbourne, completely offline and free from AI. It’s a space where people can unplug, play, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Where play feels real again, and the only signal is the one between people.
The Sitting Room.
The sitting room is to create a self- contained coffee station along with neighbouring seating and reading area.
The main goal is to create a welcoming space where guests can enjoy high-quality hot and cold drinks, along with delicious pastries like croissants, escargot, cookies.
